At RockyKanaka, we want you to love your new style, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Simply follow our streamlined process to ensure your exchange or refund is processed quickly and accurately.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure the products remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
